Yes! All our products are 100% brand new, sealed in their original packaging.
We do not sell or support “recast” versions—these are unauthorized copies produced in third-party factories with lower quality. Every product we sell is officially produced by the studio behind the project.
If an item is out of stock or not listed, contact us! We’ll check if it’s possible to source it for you.
Since many statues are limited editions, they can sell out quickly. If an item is unavailable, you can join the waiting list to be notified when it’s back in stock.

Can I ask a neighbor to receive my package?
Our packages do not get lost—we monitor all shipments, even if tracking updates are delayed. Please allow at least 35 days for tracking updates.

If your item is damaged, we will contact the manufacturer for replacement parts.
We also offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the manufacturer cancels the project or cannot fulfill the order.
Manufacturers usually provide after-sales service for about 3 months after a product is released. If a replacement is approved, we will send it to you free of charge.
We only work with reliable manufacturers who provide after-sales support. If a manufacturer does not assist us with issues, we stop selling their products.
Customs may inspect parcels for routine checks. They usually only open the outer shipping box and do not damage the contents.
