2) Shipping Process
- Shipping Invoice: When your order reaches our warehouse, our team will email/WhatsApp you photos of the items and a shipping invoice.
- Choose Method: Review the invoice, confirm your address, and select a shipping method.
- Payment: Pay the shipping fee via the link/instructions provided.
- Tracking: Receive a tracking number within 1–3 days after payment. Monitor delivery on the carrier’s website.
3) Shipping Insurance
- Fragile Items: Resin statues may have minor paint scratches or glue issues. We offer free replacement parts (if available), but customers cover international return shipping.
- Major Damage Claims:
- Submit a complete unboxing video showing damage.
- Without video proof, carriers may deny compensation.
- Figsay assists in filing claims with logistics providers for severe damage.
4) Duties, Taxes & Customs
- Customers are responsible for all import duties, GST, VAT, or border fees. Figsay does not cover these charges.
- Tax-Friendly Option: Sea freight shipments may include pre-paid taxes or minimal fees in eligible countries.
