First-Time Purchase Guide
Welcome to Figsay! If this is your first time buying an anime collectible or a resin statue, we’ve created this guide to help you understand the process. We want to ensure your experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Product Status Guide
Here’s a quick rundown of the different product statuses you may encounter when shopping on Figsay:
Pre-order:
Place your order in advance to guarantee your statue when it’s officially released. By pre-ordering, you secure your statue before it becomes available to the general public.
Pre-order Closed:
Once the pre-order period ends, the statue moves into this status. You can still order it, but it may not be available for immediate shipping.
Released:
The product is officially available for purchase, and we have stock ready to ship.
In Stock:
These statues are available in our warehouse and can be shipped immediately.
Out of Stock:
The item is temporarily unavailable, but you can sign up for notifications when it’s back in stock.
Abandon Production:
These statues are no longer being produced. Act quickly, as they’re only available while supplies last.
Ordering Process
For Pre-order Products:
- Browse and select your favorite statue.
- Choose “Deposit” or “Full Payment”.
- Complete checkout by filling in your delivery details and selecting your payment method.
- When your statue is ready, we’ll contact you to confirm the final payment and shipping details.
- Complete the payment, and we’ll ship your statue when it’s ready.
For Pre-order Closed/Released Products:
- Browse and select your statue.
- Choose “Full Payment” to skip the balance payment process.
- Complete checkout with your delivery details and payment method.
- After your statue is ready, we’ll confirm shipping costs and send you an invoice.
- Make the final payment, and your statue will be on its way!
Deposit Explanation:
A deposit ensures your statue is reserved at the lowest possible price. Once production is complete, you’ll be invoiced for the remaining balance. The deposit is non-refundable unless the studio cancels the production or the minimum order is not met.
Full Payment:
Opting for full payment means the statue is fully paid for up front. If you decide not to buy it afterward, only the full price minus the deposit will be refunded.
Shipping & Delivery
Freight Charges:
Shipping costs are not included in the product price as they depend on the size, weight, and destination of the statue. After your statue is ready, we’ll send you a detailed shipping quote for different methods (air, sea, land) to choose from.
Estimated Delivery Dates:
Shipping dates are estimated based on studio updates. However, delays may occur, and we advise against purchasing for special occasions like birthdays.
Final Payment & Freight Collection
After you receive the final invoice (which will include shipping fees), we’ll collect the balance and arrange delivery. If you don’t confirm your shipping details or make the final payment within 30 days, your order may be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
Important Notes:
- Statue Fragility: Resin statues are fragile. Although we ensure careful packaging, transportation may cause minor damage such as surface scratches or small cracks. If this happens, contact our customer service for assistance.
- Secondary Market : Some rare statues may only be available through secondary collectors. We can help find these statues and ensure their quality before shipping to you.
